Wish you the best

Finally it's time for a new challenge at A Blog Named Hero and to make it a bit easier for you this first month in the new year we ask you to make anything you can think of using Hero Arts products. A good, old "Anything goes".

For my DT-project I dug out one of my favourite stamp sets from my past My Monthly hero kits, (May 2018) and knew I wanted to combine it with elements from the July 2019 kit. A couple of days before I made this card I visited The library challenge and the extremely beautiful image from the book cover in the current challenge just stuck with me so I just had to try to make a card heavily inspired by it.

I started the whole prosess by cutting a piece of Bristol smooth card stock to size and cutting a circle mask to create the moon. I then blended several blue, aqua and brown reactive inks to create the sky. I spritzed the sky with water drops and fine mist and then dripped a few white paint drops on top. This created a starry sky.

I removed the moon mask at this point. I used copic markers (C1, C3 and 0) to create shadows on the moon. I also covered the moon with a layer of Wink of stella.

I stamped the distant trees stamps from the July 2019 kit using the cocoa and sand stone ink cubes also from the same kit.

I then turned my attention to the foreground images. I stamped the grass border in black ink and filled in the bottom part of the panel using the same black ink pad. I then stamped the tree, the girl and the dog. All three images from the May 2018 kit.

To finish the card I stamped the sentiment from the December 2018 kit before I glued the panel on a white card base.

I hope you will be able to join us the next month. I can't wait to see what you create.

I am adding this card to the following challenges:
* The library challenge - #50 Where the red fern grows
* Always fun challenges - #145 One layer
* Stamping sensations - Favourite stamps
* Stamps & Fun = Creativity - #359 Anything goes
* Pammie's Inky Pinkies - Anything goes
