Hero Arts blog hop time = Party time
A Blog Named Hero has been asked to join the Hero Arts blog hop day 2 today and for my card I have used my very first Hero Arts stamp set that I bought in April a year ago and boy did I get hooked on Hero Arts, stamping and cardmaking that very second after being a strictly scrapbooking and very non cardmaking kind of girl for 14 years. LOL
I started by coloring my mouse using my Copic markers and a white gel pen for highlights. I then diecut him with a coordinating die.
For my background I used Hero Arts ink cubes in several colors to create the sky and desert after masking it if to only let the background be on approximately 1/3 of the panel. I dotted the desert with a copic marker to create impression of sand dunes and then dabbed the ink cubes on my craft mat , sprayed it with water and used a water brush to sprinkle ink drops on the scene as well as across the rest of my card panel.
I used a stitched rectangle die from lawn Fawn to cut the panel to size.
My mouse was popped up on foam squares before I glued him on the scene. I stamped and clear embossed the sentiment from the same stamp set as the image, cut it to size, popped it up on foam aquares and attatched it beside my mouse.
I stamped and white embossed the clouds from the April 2019 MMH kit in the sky. I also used the birds, also from the April 2019 kit, stamped using grey Hero Arts ink.
To finish the card I glued it on a white card base.
