Dandelion wishes - Inspired by Cindy
We are sharing inspired by-projects today for the new challenge at A Blog Named Hero. For my first entry this month I am inspired by the lovely Cindy aka Crncards at Instagram.
Cindy's flower cards are so pretty and when I decided to channel my inner Cindy I noticed that many of her flower cards features flowers entering the card panel from the top and especially the top corners. She often uses water colors and paint drops and I have also noticed that she sometimes places her card panel down in a corner. My result is this Cindyesque flower card.
I started by stamping my flowers from the December 2018 My Monthly Hero kit and the plate from the September 2018 MMH kit. I stamped all the images using a very pale ink to be able to do some no line coloring using my water color Zig Clean color real brush markers.
I retraced the seeds using a brown pen to make them stand out a bit. I also stamped my sentiment (also from the December 2018 MMH kit) using black ink. I also used the same colors from the coloring to create paint drops across my panel.
I cut the panel to size before I glued it on to a frame that I had cut using the Wood frame infinity dies on craft cardstock.
To finish the card I glued the whole thing on a white card base.
I hope you will join us in getting inspired by all the lovely crafters out there.

Lise this is simply gorgeous! I love the water-colouring you did and the layout to create this gorgeous scene! Hugs, Gwendolyn
