You rock

For the card today I used a kit from Scrapping for less. I love old radios so this beautiful stamp from Create a smile stamps spoke to the instant I saw it.

The stamp made me think of the 50s and 60s and the cool interior style they had in those days with all the rounded edges and cool patterns. To create the right vibe I used a very fun die from Gummiapan to create those rounded connected frames. I then glued the blue arrow patterned paper behind it. I glued the rectangles on a piece of the greyish brown patterned paper and cut a rectangle using a stitched rectangle die.

To color my stamp I used copic markers in browns and warm grays and glued a couple of brown sequins to bling up the knobs on the radio. I then popped up the image on foam dots and placed it on my panel.

To finish my card I glued a couple of glass drops on the card and glued the whole thing on a white card base.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
* Just us girls - #465 Music
* Allsorts challenge blog - #492 Pretty paper
* The library challenge - The lion, the witch and the wardrobe (inspired by the blue, white and browns in the picture and also the rounded shape of the wardrobe)
* Crafty Hazelnuts Patterned paper challenge - November challenge
