Happy bee-day
I am so honored to be asked to be a guestdesigner for Copic Norge (Copic Norway) and they (and I) are sharing my bee-day card in their birthday month.
To create this card I used the absolutely lovely stamp set "Bee happy" by Hello Bluebird. It's so very cute I can't handle it. I chose some images from the set and colored them using my Copic markers and used a white gel pen for highlights.
I also highlighted the honey in the glass bucket and the wings using a Wink of stella glitter brush pen.
I made cut three circles using Lawn Fawn outside in stitched circle dies and colored these using distress oxcide inks. I then popped the circles up on a white card panel cut using a stitched rectangle die from Lawn Fawn and glued my bees and strawberry plant on top of the circles and beside them.
I heat embossed a white sentiment from the same stamp set on a piece of black cardstock and let one of the bees hold the sentiment.
I mounted the white card panel on a gold glitter mat and then I glued the whole thing om a white card base.
To finish the card I made some dots using black Nuvo drops.
Thank you so much, Copic Norge for letting me play with you this month.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
* CAS Colors and sketches - #291 Sketch (01.10)
* Stamping sensation - Something starting with B - Bees (30.09)
* Always happy birthday - September challenge (29.09)
* Creatalicious challenges - Anything goes with optional circles (30.09)
