Shaken? Stirred?

Hello! My name is Lise Mariann, scrappy Lise Mariann. Sometimes we can get both shaken and stirred by getting another year older. James Bond, though, is just shaken.

I wanted to create a card using my new Lawn Fawn "Magic Iris" die set and it occured to me that the iris opening reminded me a bit about the iconic opening scenes of the James Bond movies with the circle shape opening around James Bond holding his gun.

I just had to tro try to see if I made it work on a card. And wouldn't you know; it did!

So for this card with a licence to wow I started by cutting my magic iris parts and piecing them together to make my card mecanism to work. I then cut my add on parts to create my black card front and the gold  pull lever.

I then turned to my images. I used the boy from the Lawn Fawn "Bicycle built for you" stamp set and customised him a bit to make him stand and hold a gun. I colored him using my copic markers to dress him in a suit fitting for an agent on Her Majesty's pay roll. I also drew and colored a blood dripping background on the circle in the middle of the Magic Iris.

I needed a few images on the front of the card as well and I decided to use a tiny playing card that I found in my little treasure chest of bits and bobs. I also stamped a Hero Arts martini glass and colored it. I also needed a casino chip and drew one free hand before copic coloring it as well.

Before I attatched my images to the card I colored the window closing, swirly bits (you know what I mean! lol) in cool greys to create the illusion of shiny metal.

After glueing on my images I used some Heidi Swapp gold glitter letter stickers to create my sentiment.

I really, really love this card and had so much fun making it.

And now for the really important question;
Do yoy like your martini shaken? Or stirred?

I am adding this card to the following challenges:
