Feathery sunshine
Hi everyone. I am sharing a card for A Blog Named Hero today. I have dug very deep in my stack of My Monthly Hero kits, all the way back to February 2018 to be exact. I had this idea to choose one image and let it “rain” down on the left side of the card.
I chose the feathers in that particular kit, but this can of course be done using all kinds of images.
I started by rummaging through my Hero Arts inks and found the colors; Grape Juice, Passion Flower, Orange Soda, Just Rust, Reactive sea glass and a nameless pale aqua color also from the February 2018 MMH kit.
I then stamped my three feathers several times using my Mini Misti layering the dark and light tone of the colors to create depth and movement in the feathers.
I used a Sakura silver glitter pen to draw a few details on each of the feathers making the card glitter and change as you turn it.
When I was happy with the images I die cut them using the coordinating dies. I also die cut a large white card stock rectangle using a Lawn Fawn stitched rectangle die to create my card panel and also a smaller stitched rectangle to stamp my sentiment on.
To finish my card I glued the panel to a glimmery aqua colored card base.
You have one day left to join our “Hugs from a distance”-challenge. I hope to see your card amongst the other wonderful creations.
Wish you all a wonderful day wherever you are.
I am adding this card to the following challenges:
* Stamping sensations - Make it colorful
* Just add ink - #508 Just add "F" (Feathers)

I then glued my cascading feathers down the left side of the card
panel and cut the excess of the sides. I stamped my sentiment, also from
the same kit as the feathers, on the small stitched rectangle and glued
it in the bottom left corner of the card panel.
To finish my card I glued the panel to a glimmery aqua colored card base.
