Lovebug wishes

Hello everyone. Today I am sharing my last card for the month of nature for A Blog Named Hero. I went all huge making a mountain and ocean-card for the last card I shared, so I am going all tiny for my last one.

For this card I used the cute mushroom and ladybug stamps from the December 2018 My Monthly Hero kit to create my scene.

I started by inking my sky using a light blue color. I then inked my grass using a couple of green shades. I splattered some water drops on the grass to make it react and cut it a bit wavy to make it come to life. I glued the sky and grass together and cut them to a long narrow strip. I also cut a thin strip of black cardstock to ground the scene a bit.

I stamped my images and colored them using copic markers and created some highlights using a white gel pen. I then glued my images on to my scene.

I glued the whole thing to a white panel cut to size using a stitched rectangle die and stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set as the images.

Finally I glued my card panel to a green card base and finished the card by making a few droplets with glitter glue.

Be on the lookout for our new challenge at A Blog Named Hero the 15th. It is a lovely one.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
*  Make my monday - #109 Red, Green and white
* Crafty Creations challenges - #402 Anything goes
* The sisterhood of crafters - Forest animals
