Hey handsome!

We're well into the love season and today we are loving the men in our life at The Male Room. For this challenge my design teamp project is a glittery hat and tie card spiced up with a flower. Who says that only women love getting flowers?

For this card I started with the "Dapper man" stamp set by Scrapping for less. I stamped the hat and tie on the back of the glittery paper and the plaid patterned paper and fussy cut them. I glued the band around the hat and glued it on the right place and also cut the knot on the tie two times to create some dimension. I also stamped a flower from the Simon says stamp "Beautiful flowers" stamp set and colored it using Copic colors Y13, Y15, Y19 and YR04. I also created some highlights on the flower using a white gel pen.

I cut a piece of the plaid patterned paper (also by Scrapping for less btw) and covered half of the white card panel and I also cut a thin strip of the black glitter paper and glued it on the top part of the plaid paper. This created the feeling of a shirt and tie.

I then popped the tie, hat and flower up on some foam tape and glued it on the card panel.

I glued on a couple of yellow enamel dots and stamped the sentiment also from the "Dapper man" stamp set.  To finish the card I used foam tape and glued the panel on to a white card base.

I hope you will join us in the loving of the men the next weeks.
