A friendly dinosaur taking a walk

I have been bad, very bad... I wasn't supposed to buy it, but I did. I couldn't resist the Zig clean color real brush markers. So I bought a few and this is my first try. They were good fun, but it was hard making the colors blend the way I wanted them to. Probably because I am so used to the copics and the way they behave. More practise and maybe I will be comfortable using them.

As I said; The card below is my first try using the markers. I colored a dinosaur and a whole bunch of leaves from the "Critters from the past" stamp set from Lawn Fawn.

The background is made using distress inks and the tree is a sentiment is from the Hero arts My montly hero May kit.

I mounted the panel on a scrap piece of a really old patterned paper and separated it using a thin mat of brown cardstock.

I finished the card attatching a stray leaf blowing in the wind beside the dinosaur's nose and doodled the leaf's swirly trail.

I will be entering this card to the following Challenges:
* Lawn Fawnatics - #31 Flowers, floral and foliage
* The Alphabet Challenge - G is for Great Outdoors
- Simon says stamp wednesday Challenge - Bright and Cheerful
